Loba Design Co. offers boutique style event design and production services. Because each of our events are truly unique we often build out custom proposals to best fit the needs of our clients. Our base level event coordination package begins a minimum of 6 weeks out from an event's date. Unfortunately, we do not provide the service of a "day of coordinator" because we have learned from experience that in order to smoothly run the logistics of an event you need a process of preparation that simply cannot be accomplished in one day. We care that your money is going towards something valuable. This service includes coordinating any even rehearsals as well as the event day, managing vendors, distributing pending payments, venue walkthroughs and event concept consultations with our clients. We provide as many members as it takes to ensure a smoothly run event and never show up solo. We care deeply about the event you have dreamed up and want to be the ones to execute it so that you can take a step back, and enjoy every second.
Full planning, design & production

Because you and the heart behind your celebration is one of a kind, we believe your event should be as well. The design process we walk through with you allows you to dare to dream and that is what we always encourage our clients to do. With our Full Planning, Design & Production packages we are with you in every step of the planning process. We begin by getting to know you, because YOU are the inspiration behind this soiree. From there we begin to curate an entire, cohesive event design plan that is unique only to you. We help select the most fitting vendors that will bring your visions to life and help direct them in all of the ways that we can. Leading up to your event we coordinate the logistics that will need to be in place for the day of, create your event dossier, a master timeline and basic timeline that will give you the ability to go into your event stress free. We handle the production of your event from start to finish, from the first vendor's arrival, to lining you up to head down the aisle, to sending you off on your grand exit. We believe in creating magical memories and would love to dream with you.
